The food arrived cold as it took 22 minutes to get here, which was 20 minutes later than given time. Wasnt impressed with the quality, mostly its noodles, barely any meat and veggies, and the ramen broth wasnt too full of flavour

Eten was echt verschrikkelijk! Het was koud en had geen smaak. Het eten zou d’r zijn binnen 45 minuten en al na 20 minuten stond er nog steeds 45 minuten. Niet je geld waard

Second time that the chicken of katzu curry is not crispy at all but just soft and not tasty. Not pleasant at all.

I wanted the food to arrive at 19.00, that worked perfectly, but that should be an option in this questionnaire AND it should have been more clear that there was the option to ask for the delivery time
